This cross-marketing is one of the firm's greatest strategic growth initiatives. Karen was very pleased with her move and excited about her prospects:

"This is an MBA Associate fast-track program in which I competed against MBA's from Wharton and Kellogg. It will offer me a fast track in the corporate world, to which I was transitioning from a small PR consulting firm. Moreover, my goal was to get out of PR and get into a 'harder' discipline that would allow me more ultimate movement and higher positions. This position does that, and this was my city of choice."

"Melissa zeroed in on my needs and weaknesses and gave me strategies to deal with them. She prepared me for a key interview and anticipated the tough questions and gave me answers to deal with them.
